The Llorn Cult of Set is a small, secretive order with a small temple overlooking the bay. The Cult is terribly disorganized and appeals mostly to the poor and downtrodden of The Sprawl. The Cult's only claim to power is The Sprawl street gang, Set's Children, who control several blocks of buildings along the sea cliff. The gang is difficult to control and only marginally under Father Thorne's direction
